FPSC to Hold In-Person and Virtual Customer Service Hearings for FCG

The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold customer service hearings to receive testimony from customers of Florida City Gas (FCG) regarding the utility's request to adjust natural gas rates. FCG provides natural gas service to 125,000 customers Miami-Dade, Broward, Brevard, Palm Beach, Hendry, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties.

FCG filed its application for a rate increase with the FPSC in April 2026. The service hearings will provide customers with an opportunity to provide testimony on the proposed rate adjustment and the utility's quality of service. Customer testimony is an important part of the Commission's review process and will be carefully considered before any final decision is made.
