The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, this morning received H.E. Adama Dieng, the AU Special Envoy on the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities. Their discussions focused on enhancing the Union's capacity for early warning, political engagement, & timely action to prevent atrocities, in line with the AU's #SilencingTheGuns & #Agenda2063 aspirations.
