The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Land Office has issued a decision for the following:
PROJECT NAME: ADL 228050
GRANT TYPE: Public Utility
GRANTEE: Homer Electric Association
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Extending across Kachemak Bay from Homer Spit to McKeon Flats
ACTIVITY: Conversion of an existing termed private non-exclusive easement authorizing fiber optic cables extending across Kachemak Bay to indefinite public utility easements.
TERM: Indefinite
