I Squared Capital Expands OpenInfra Wealth Platform to Australia

I Squared Capital ("I Squared"), a leading independent global infrastructure investment manager, today announced the expansion of OpenInfra, the firm's private wealth platform, into Australia. The ISQ OpenInfra AUT Fund is an Australian-dollar vehicle that extends the platform's reach to Australian wealth managers and financial advisors, giving eligible local investors access to institutional-quality private infrastructure investment opportunities.

The expansion builds on I Squared's long-standing commitment to Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. In 2022, the firm opened its inaugural Sydney office and has since committed more than USD $1.5 billion of capital to the region, supporting the build-out of four platform businesses across energy infrastructure, environmental infrastructure, renewables, and transport & logistics.

To support the expansion, I Squared has appointed Linda Stangherlin as Director, Investor Relations, based in Sydney. Linda brings more than 20 years of experience across investment management and wealth, with deep expertise in alternatives and portfolio construction. The launch reflects growing demand among the region's private wealth investors for high-quality middle-market infrastructure.

The ISQ OpenInfra AUT Fund is an Australian unit trust that gives wholesale clients under the Corporations Act diversified private infrastructure exposure via the ISQ OpenInfra Luxembourg feeder structure. It is open-ended, with monthly subscriptions, intended quarterly distributions, and limited quarterly liquidity.

The ISQ OpenInfra platform brings institutional-quality infrastructure investing to the private wealth channel.
