City Seeking Public Input for Neighborhood Improvement Projects

$1.5 Million in Improve Our Tulsa Funds Allocated to Charles Page Neighborhood; Workshops Scheduled for May 14, May 21

The City of Tulsa is inviting residents of Charles Page to participate in upcoming workshops that will help guide how Improve Our Tulsa 3 funds are allocated for improvements to their neighborhood.

Two workshops will be held in May for Charles Page residents to share their ideas, concerns and priorities.

The workshops will be held at the Northwest Tulsa Hub/Common Good, 19 S. 49th W. Ave. - the first on Thursday, May 14, and the second on Thursday, May 21 - both from 6 to 8 p.m. each day.

Potential projects include:

  • Sidewalk, ramp, and crosswalk construction and repair
  • Neighborhood street lighting
  • Park improvements
  • Trees and landscaping
  • Neighborhood identity gateways and signage
  • Traffic calming measures
  • Seating, trash bins, bike racks, and wayfinding signage
  • Public art installations

Charles Page residents who are unable to attend the workshops can receive updates and complete an online survey at: https://www.cityoftulsa.org/charlespage

Additional Neighborhood Workshops
Workshops are planned through 2029 for additional neighborhoods.

Additional workshops in other neighborhoods scheduled for 2026 include:

Phoenix District
Thursday, July 2 and July 9, 6-8 p.m.
Crossover Community Impact Center, 1010 E. 36th St. N.

Crosbie Heights
Wednesday, September 9 and September 16, 6-8 p.m.
Belafonte, 306 S Phoenix Ave.

Future workshops will also be held in Dawson, Kendall-Whittier, the Pearl District, Red Fork, Southwest Tulsa, Unity-Heritage, and West Highlands.

2025 Workshops Recap
In 2025, the City of Tulsa's Planning Office held its first two series of workshops for the Sequoyah and Crutchfield neighborhoods to gather input from residents. The information was analyzed and delivered to City departments responsible for determining project feasibility. City departments are currently developing recommendations, which will then be implemented.
