Alight recognized as a Forbes America’s Best Employers for Women in 2025

Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled services provider, has been listed as one of Forbes America's Best Employers for Women 2025. This award recognizes organizations with environments where women are encouraged to lead and are given tools to succeed.

Across Alight, several initiatives are in place to support and help women succeed and grow in their career, including:

• The Women's Professional Network, a colleague-led community (CLC) with over 400 members worldwide that provides resources including focus groups, wellbeing activities and mentorship opportunities to connect women in the workplace and beyond.
• Equal pay for equal work. Alight conducts annual pay analyses to support fair compensation practices across all markets, ensuring employees are paid equitably for the work they do.
• A diverse, representative workforce. In 2024, female representation stood at 66% of Alight's entire workforce.

America's Best Employers for Women 2025 is based on data from over 140,000 women working for companies and institutions in the United States with at least 1,000 employees over the past three years. The analysis is based on three criteria:

• Personal evaluations: Recommendations from current employers
• Public evaluations: Recommendations from previous employers
• Leadership Diversity Index: The percentage of women among top executives and board directors in a given organization.

This honor follows several other Alight recognitions for 2025, including: Great Place to Work, Newsweek's American's Greatest Workplaces, and Parity.org's Best Companies for Equal Advancement Opportunities.
