Statement From Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on the Sentencing of Jerona Smith

"Older New Yorkers trusted Jerona Smith to deliver quality care as a home health aide. Instead, she used her access to steal their hard-earned money," said District Attorney Bragg. "Jerona Smith was sentenced to incarceration for preying on the perceived vulnerability of her clients.
