Kirkland Advises GTCR on Acquisition of Zentiva

Kirkland & Ellis advised GTCR, a private equity firm, on its acquisition of Zentiva, a European generics pharmaceutical company, from Advent, a global private equity investor. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and its closing is expected to take place in early 2026.
