赵乐际会见厄瓜多尔总统诺沃亚（2026-08-19）

2026年8月19日上午，全国人大常委会委员长赵乐际在北京会见厄瓜多尔总统诺沃亚。

赵乐际表示，昨天，习近平主席同总统先生举行会谈，共同擘画双边关系发展新蓝图。今年是中厄建立全面战略伙伴关系10周年。中方愿同厄方一道，落实好两国元首达成的重要共识，赓续传统友谊，深化务实合作，不断提升双边关系水平，给两国人民带来更多福祉。中国全国人大愿同厄瓜多尔国会加强多层级、多领域友好交往，深化立法、监督和治国理政经验交流，为两国务实合作提供法律保障。

诺沃亚表示，厄瓜多尔视中国为好朋友、好伙伴，支持中方维护主权和领土完整，愿同中方深化贸易、投资等领域合作，加强立法机构互学互鉴。
