Over the past two months, Host added two more LEED®-certified properties to its portfolio, further advancing our commitment to owning one of the most sustainable and resilient portfolios in the lodging industry. The latest LEED certifications include Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, which earned LEED Silver®, and The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay, which earned LEED Gold®.
