New David Weekley homes are coming soon to the Clermont, FL, community of Reflections at Olympus.

Orlando, FL (December 19, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building new homes in the highly anticipated community of Reflections at Olympus in Clermont, FL. The builder's model homes, The Motivation and The Sportsman, are expected to open in Spring 2026

The builder is providing the only new construction homes within the master-planned community and will bring four series of homes, including townhomes as well as single-family homes.

The two-story townhome floor plans will range in size from approximately 1,150 to 1,950 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to three full baths and one- to two-car garages. The one- and two-story floor plans in the single-family series will feature three to five bedrooms, three to four full baths, one half bath and two-car garages within 1,790 to 2,915 square feet.

Located in Wellness Way off US-27 and Schofield Road in Lake Country, Reflections at Olympus offers Homeowners a resort-style pool and cabana, trails, parks, green space, tot lot, dog park, and a future amphitheater. Front and rear lawn maintenance is also included, and the HOA will include an activities coordinator to plan community events. The community is directly across from Lake Louisa and Lake Louisa State Park with three lakes, campgrounds, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and biking. Residents have convenience to downtown Winter Garden and nearby theme parks. Students within the community attend highly regarded Lake County Schools.
