Mondaq's Spring 2026 Thought Leadership Awards recognize Matt Savare, partner and Chair of Lowenstein's Commercial Contracts practice, and partner Bryan Sterba in the Media, Telecoms, IT, Entertainment sector for their publication "The Era of Agentic AI And Its Impact on Digital Advertising" that was originally published in The AI Journal.
The article examines how agentic AI, which can independently take actions and make decisions rather than simply generate content, could reshape digital advertising by shortening the traditional marketing funnel, personalizing ads in real time, and increasingly influencing or even making purchasing decisions for consumers. As marketers begin optimizing content not just for people but for AI agents, the authors also flag emerging legal questions, including whether AI agents can enter binding contracts on users' behalf and when compensated product recommendations may trigger FTC affiliate-disclosure requirements.
Mondaq's Thought Leadership Awards recognize the most-read authors across all topic areas in their country, demonstrating each winner's valuable legal insights. The Spring 2026 awards showcase top authors based on total readership between October 2025 and March 2026.
