Headlands Research Appoints Young Shon as Chief Information Officer

New CIO to lead technology strategy, sharpening data systems and cybersecurity to support the global site network's role as partner of choice for sponsors and CROs

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., [DATE] - Headlands Research, a leading clinical trial site network, today announced the appointment of Young Shon as Chief Information Officer. Young will oversee the company's global information technology organization, guiding technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and innovation across Headlands' international network of sites.

Prior to joining Headlands Research, Shon served as Vice President Technology Delivery at Flourish Research, where he built and executed the organization's enterprise technology roadmap, including its early artificial intelligence initiatives. His background spans technology consulting at Accenture, enterprise IT leadership at AstraZeneca and Teva Pharmaceuticals, and technology transformation roles at TFS CRO, Entitech Solutions, and Perspective Therapeutics, where he led enterprise technology strategy, organizational transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.
