PCMS Orchestra Students Earn Superior Ratings at OMEA Solo and Ensemble Contest

Eight Port Clinton Middle School orchestra students delivered outstanding performances at the Ohio Music Education Association's Solo and Ensemble contest, earning superior ratings - the highest honor given to performers.

The students who participated are: Storee Bennett, Natalie Gerber, Jaclyn Gressman, Hailey Goff, Mason Marvicsin, Kenleigh Mazur, April Osborne, and Penelope Sandvick.

Adam Murray is the orchestra director for Port Clinton City Schools. Port Clinton City Schools has been named a Best Communities for Music Education by the NAMM Foundation annually since 2019.
