Friends of West Susitna

Special Land Use Permit

Pursuant to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Lands Office has issued a Decision to approve a Special Land Use Permit for the following.

APPLICANT: Friends of West Susitna

GEOGRAPIC LOCATION: DNR DMLW-managed lands between the Susitna and Skwentna Rivers (see attachments.)

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: Widen, groom, maintain, and use a winter use trail as described in the Decision (see attachments.)

This Decision goes into effect and becomes a final administrative order and decision of the department on the 21st day after issuance.
