Minister of Foreign Affairs attends four-party consultations during a working visit to Malaysia
On 17 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a working visit to Malaysia at the invitation of the Foreign Minister of Malaysia, in his capacity as ASEAN Chair.
The Foreign Minister attended four-party consultations between Malaysia, the United States, Thailand, and Cambodia, following up on consultations held in New York on 26 September 2025 and in Malaysia on 12 October 2025.
The Thai side emphasized the importance of making concrete progress on issues of withdrawal of heavy weaponry, joint demining efforts, combating transnational crime, and cooperation on the management of border areas.
