UPDATE: Water Service Restored | Precautionary Boil Water Notice Remains in Effect

PALM BAY, FLORIDA (November 3, 2026): The City of Palm Bay Utilities Department is providing an update regarding the water main break along Port Malabar Boulevard NE.

Water service has been restored to the affected area. However, all affected customers remain under a Precautionary Boil Water Notice.

As a precaution, customers should bring all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes to a rolling boil for at least one minute before use. Bottled water may be used as an alternative.

If you are in the affected area and still do not have water service, please contact Palm Bay Utilities at 321-768-9132 to report the issue.

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice will remain in effect until required water quality testing confirms the water is safe to drink and the City officially rescinds the notice.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews continue working to address the impacts of the water main break.

Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.
