(b) Resignation of Director
On December 31, 2025, in connection with his retirement, David Goeddel submitted his resignation from the board of directors (the "Board") of Tenaya Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") and as a member of all committees of the Board, effective January 26, 2026. Dr. Goeddel's resignation was voluntary and did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Board thanks Dr. Goeddel for his service and contributions to the Company.
