Registered Sex Offender Jailed On Multiple Charges
GREENSBORO, NC (April 21, 2026) - A registered sex offender remains in the Guilford County Jail on multiple charges, including one based on the use of Snapchat to solicit a minor.
Greensboro Police arrested Isaiah Emmanuel Sales, 24, on Monday and charged him with the following felonies:
- Indecent liberties with a child
- Solicitation of a child by a computer or other electronic device to commit an unlawful sex act resulting in appearance at meeting location
- Disseminating obscene material to a minor under 16
- Sex offender unlawfully on premises
Sales was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, a misdemeanor.
According to the warrant for arrest, the alleged offenses occurred in October of 2025.
Sales also faces charges in a separate case by another investigating agency.
His bond is currently set at $175,000, according to online booking records.
