10/01/2025 - Fones Rd Update

Building a Safer Street for Everyone
Nighttime Traffic Revision at Pacific Ave

Starting tonight, October 1st, crews will place traffic signals at the intersection of Pacific Ave SE and Fones Rd SE into a flashing status while working in and around the intersection. Traffic will be controlled by a uniformed police officer as needed to complete work throughout the month of October. Work hours are 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The traffic signals will be returned to normal function each morning.

Use Alternate Routes
While one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction on Fones Road,it is highly recommended that drivers use alternate routes. This will help ensure the safety of work crews and people who live or work on Fones Road. If you must use Fones Road, please drive slowly.
