Thranekær acquires AJ Consult and expands to Lolland-Falster and Sydsjælland

Thranekær Rådgivende Ingeniører A/S has entered into an agreement to acquire AJ Consult A/S, an engineering consultancy headquartered in Nykøbing Falster.

The acquisition of AJ Consult marks Thranekær's seventh acquisition since the company was founded in 2025. AJ Consult brings 18 engineers and technical staff to Thranekær and expands Thranekær's geographical coverage in Denmark.
