Kraton Appoints Brian Rea as Chief Human Resources Officer

HOUSTON, TX - Oct. 28, 2026 - Kraton Corporation, a leading global producer of specialty polymers and high-value bio-based chemicals derived from pine wood pulping byproducts, announces the appointment of Brian Rea as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Rea brings extensive global human resources experience to Kraton, having held CHRO and other leadership roles with several international, multi-site manufacturing businesses. Throughout his career, he has led a broad range of HR disciplines, including talent and succession planning, organizational transformation, labor relations, employee engagement, safety, and change leadership.
