The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), Build Hope Inc., and the Los Angeles Police Department's Community Safety Partnership (CSP) hosted the 12th Annual Scholarship Celebration at the California Science Center.

The Scholarship Celebration honored the achievements of new and returning scholars from our community. Citadel EHS was proud to financially contribute to these scholarship awards, supporting the educational journeys of these exceptional students.

One of the highlights of the evening was seeing our very own Jorge Romero present awards to the scholars. Jorge, who grew up in the Jordan Downs public housing development, is a testament to the power of perseverance and community support. Having been with Citadel EHS for three years, Jorge embodies our commitment to giving back and uplifting those around us. His journey from Jordan Downs to becoming a valued member of our team is truly inspiring, and we are incredibly proud of him.

Thank you to HACLA, Build Hope Inc., CSP, and all the supporters who made this event possible. Together, we are building brighter futures and stronger communities.

Citadel EHS Recognized with EBJ Project Merit Award for Landmark Drinking Water Study

Citadel EHS has been recognized by Environmental Business Journal with a 2025 Business Achievement Award for Project Merit for its leadership in a large-scale residential drinking water testing initiative in Los Angeles. The project evaluated potential lead in drinking water across four major public housing communities in Watts and became the largest residential water testing program ever conducted in the City of Los Angeles.
