Ernst Names Small Business of the Week, Young Construction

RED OAK, Iowa - ­­­­­­U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Chair of the Senate Small Business Committee, today announced her Small Business of the Week: Young Construction of Cerro Gordo County. Throughout the 119th Congress, Chair Ernst plans to recognize a small business in each of Iowa's 99 counties.

"For more than 20 years, Young Construction has built their reputation for providing extraordinary roofing services and more, making sure every project is a nail above the rest," said Chair Ernst. "From Iowa and beyond, the Youngs have constructed a team that delivers top-notch craftmanship, giving homeowners peace of mind."

Founded in 2001 by Dan and Tami Young, the company started as a small roofing business and has since grown into a full-service exterior contractor offering roofing, siding, gutters, and insulation across Iowa, southern Minnesota, and Florida. Through their YC Roof Rescue and YC Cares programs, Young Construction gives back to local families, veterans, and organizations. The team of 25 employees focuses on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
