Chinese Consul General in Willemstad Zhang Kaibin Pays a Courtesy Visit to Acting Governor of Bonaire

On December 12, 2025, Consul General in Willemstad Zhang Kaibin paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Governor of Bonaire Ingrid Sealy. Consul General Zhang introduced China's diplomatic principles and the vision of a community with a shared future for humanity, expressing willingness to further strengthen bilateral cooperation. Ingrid Sealy welcomed Consul General Zhang to take up his new post and stands ready to jointly promote people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation between the two sides.

Consul General Zhang visited the local Chinese community and Chinese school, conducted research on enterprises invested by local Chinese and local Chinese car dealerships and fully recognized the contributions made by overseas Chinese compatriots and friends in promoting local economic development, carrying forward Chinese culture and enhancing friendly exchanges. Consul General Zhang stated that the Consulate General will actively serve the overseas Chinese community, strive to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and address their urgent concerns and difficulties.
