Volunteer Opportunity: Help community college-bound students and their families complete their financial-aid documentation

Call to Action for Adult Community Members from Futures NW

Make a difference by helping families complete financial aid applications. Join Futures NW in training 200 community members, 100 in Whatcom County and 100 in Skagit County, to serve as Financial Aid completion navigators. With the support of WSAC, CSF, BTC, SVC, and WCC, you will learn how to guide families through FAFSA and WASFA applications (futuresnw.org).

Participants will also have the chance to take an optional 30-minute tour of Skagit Valley College or Whatcom Community College before the training. This training opportunityis a great way to give back while learning more about the campuses where students' futures begin.Win-win!
