The Home Health Provider Preview Reports are now available to providers on iQIES. These reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures, which will be published on the compare tool on Medicare.gov and the Provider Data Catalog (PDC) during the January 2027 refresh. This includes updates to home health CAHPS, star ratings, and OASIS measures. Claims-based measures will be publicly reported in the October 2026 care compare refresh.
