Chair Tallian Statement on ‘No Kings Day’ Rallies

Indiana Democratic Party Chair Karen Tallian released the following statement on today's 'No Kings' rallies across Indiana.

"It was amazing to see the thousands of Hoosiers who turned out across the state today. After over 20 years of one-party Republican control and corruption, Hoosiers are fed up and ready for change. In these trying times, it's so refreshing to see Hoosiers taking to the streets and demanding that our state and federal government focus on the issues that really matter: lowering costs, healthcare, and childcare, not just partisan power grabs," Indiana Democratic Party Chair Karen Tallian said.

"Hoosiers did not vote for troops in American streets, unprecedented mid-decade gerrymandering, or tariff taxes and bailouts to Argentina. Today, thousands stood up for farms, families, and our future. Hoosiers are seizing the momentum, and are ready to vote for change in 2026 by electing more Democrats from courthouses to the Statehouse."
