Answear.com, one of the leaders in premium & high-end fashion in Central Europe, reports its financial results for Q2 2025. During this period, the Company returned to a path of profitable growth after a phase of intensive investment. Answear's EBITDA in Q2 2025 amounted to PLN 20.3 million, and PLN 30.2 million in H1 overall. The Company remains the fastest-growing fashion e-commerce platform in Europe. In Q2, revenues increased by 16% year-on-year to PLN 399.3 million, and by 19% in H1 to PLN 751.9 million.
- We closed a successful Q2, in which a particularly important factor was the significant improvement in profitability and an excellent EBITDA result. We are pleased that we managed to achieve this improvement despite continuing marketing activities aimed at building brand awareness of Answear. We remain the fastest-growing fashion e-commerce in Europe, which confirms the effective scaling of our business and further improvement in efficiency - commented Krzysztof Bajołek, CEO of Answear.com.
Answear.com's revenues in Q2 2025 reached PLN 399.3 million, up 16% year-on-year, and PLN 751.9 million in H1 2025, up 19% year-on-year. The gross margin in Q2 improved by 2.7 p.p. year-on-year. The Company generated PLN 20.3 million in EBITDA, compared to a loss of over PLN 10 million in the previous year, and a net profit of PLN 2.8 million, compared with a net loss of PLN 17.6 million a year earlier. In H1 2025, EBITDA reached PLN 30.2 million, with a net profit of PLN 6.5 million. This significant improvement in financial performance was driven by effective cost control and increased operational efficiency.
- For the 12 months ending 30 June 2025, our EBITDA reached PLN 71 million. This shows we are well on track to achieve the PLN 80 million target set in our 2025 incentive program. Additionally, Q4 is traditionally the peak sales season in our industry, and it is still ahead of us - said Jacek Dziaduś, Vice President, CFO of Answear.com
In the past quarter, PRM, the brand dedicated to luxury streetwear & fashion, continued its dynamic growth. Sales revenues increased by 40%, reaching PLN 48.6 million. EBITDA amounted to PLN 1.7 million compared with a loss a year earlier.
- We successfully capitalised on the sneakers sales season, which enabled us to achieve rapid growth. We are consistently expanding our offer and acquiring new brands, reaching a wider group of customers. Our goal is to grow sales while maintaining cost discipline and without burdening the Company's results - said Kamil Bajołek, PRM Brand Director.
In Q2 2025, Answear.com focused on full implementation of its premiumization strategy and consolidating changes in its product portfolio related to the transformation of the offer towards the premium & high-end segment.

Answear.com is soon to launch a new campaign, "Dress life in what matters", for the autumn-winter season. The campaign will run across all markets through TV ads, sponsorship billboards, digital, and social media channels. It will highlight Answear.com's position and strategy as a platform going beyond traditional e-commerce, creating a narrative of fashion as a language of emotions and human relationships.
In the past quarter, Answear.com expanded its portfolio with brands such as Farm RIO, Ecco, Bimba y Lola, and Pangaia. Meanwhile, PRM will add brands including Wales Bonner, Palm Angels, Anine Bing, Axel Arigato, Rhude, and Vetements.
