Fairmont State University Invites Students and Employers to Annual All-Majors Career Fair March 25

The Fairmont State University ENCOVA Career Development Center will host its annual All-Majors Spring Career Fair on Wednesday, March 25, from 10 AM to 3 PM in Falcon Center Gyms 1 and 2. This event not only provides students the opportunity to gain networking skills and share their experience, but also gives employers a chance to visit campus and recruit talented, hardworking, career-ready Fairmont State students.

"The All-Majors Spring Career Fair is a valuable opportunity for students and employers to connect in meaningful ways," said Susan Rodriguez, Senior Director of Career Services. "For students, it's a chance to explore careers, internships, and build professional confidence. For employers, it's an opportunity to engage directly with emerging talent across all majors."

This event allows students to connect with local, regional, and national employers, submit resumes, and explore job and internship opportunities. At last year's All-Majors Career Fair, Fairmont State University hosted more than 170 registered employers on campus.

Rodriguez added, "We are especially excited to offer this event free of charge to all employers again this year, reinforcing Fairmont State University's commitment to workforce development and regional partnerships. Employer registration closes March 17, and we encourage organizations to take advantage of this great opportunity."

Fairmont State University President Mike Davis wholeheartedly encouraged employers and students to take part in the event.

"We are excited to connect employers with Fairmont State students, to help drive West Virginia's economy forward," said President Mike Davis. "Our University is deeply committed to workforce development across the state, and our students stand out because of the hands-on, career-focused learning experiences they receive. Employers will find that our students are among the brightest and most prepared young professionals anywhere. They are career ready from day one."
