Four new parks opened and more than 60,000 residents registered in classes
HENDERSON, Nev. (Dec. 30, 2025) - The City of Henderson is closing out 2025 with notable milestones in its award-winning Parks and Recreation system, highlighting its vital role in the community's health, connection and quality of life.
With more than 75 parks and 300 miles of trails, Henderson continues to rank among the nation's leading cities for parks access and recreational amenities.
New year-end data highlights how parks and recreation make it possible:
