Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Form 8-K/A") amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (the "Company") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 3, 2026 (the "Original Form 8-K"). The Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to correct certain clerical errors contained in the Exhibits list in Item 9.01 filed with the Original Form 8-K. No other changes are made to the Original Form 8-K, and this Form 8-K/A does not otherwise update the disclosures contained in the Original Form 8-K.
