Due to funding uncertainty brought about by the ongoing government shutdown, Disability Rights Ohio will be making operational changes effective immediately.
With limited availability to take on new cases, our intake department will work to provide information and referrals to more callers. This balance will help us focus on protecting our continued operations and core functions.
We will also be reducing our intake hours to 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Our online intake form will remain available 24/7 at www.disabilityrightsohio.org/intake-form
"These operational changes are an unfortunate but necessary step to protect our work amid the lingering government shutdown" said Kerstin Sjoberg, DRO President and CEO. "We look forward to returning to normal operations once the shutdown ends."
Stay connected with Disability Rights Ohio at www.disabilityrightsohio.org for any further operations updates.
