The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding applications from eligible applicants for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds. These funds are available for affordable rental and or ownership housing located in Sonoma County outside of the city limits of Santa Rosa and Petaluma.
These funds are available to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental jurisdictions to support housing developments that benefit lower-income households. All prospective applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop prior to submitting the funding application. These funds are not available as direct assistance to individuals or households. Funding applications are due on October 30, 2025 by 5:00 P.M.
