Construction will begin on Monday, January 26, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Friday, February 6, 2026. Work will take place weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., starting at NE 12th Street and heading north toward the bridge over the South Fork of the Middle River, north of Poinsettia Drive. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

  • One lane in each direction of NE 15th Avenue within the project limits may be closed during work hours.
  • Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
  • Access to driveways will be maintained unless work is taking place in the immediate area across from the driveway. Crews will attempt to coordinate with neighbors prior to the start of asphalt operations that will impact driveway access.
