Mr. Hellerman has been a Director of the Fund since 2001 and was its Chief Compliance Officer from 2004 through March 2020. Mr. Hellerman has more than 40 years of financial experience, including serving as a Financial Analyst and Branch Chief at the SEC, Special Adviser to the U.S. Senate Antitrust and Monopoly Subcommittee and as Chief Financial Analyst at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for 17 years. He has served as a director of a number of public companies, including registered investment companies, and as a financial and corporate consultant during the period from 1993 to 2014.
