Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm FFL Partners on the creation of Pioneer HOA, a newly formed holding company for the firm's existing and future investments in Homeowners Association (HOA) property management firms. Pioneer was formed with the acquisition of a leading Western-focused full-service HOA property management company and is actively seeking additional investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced March 9, 2026.
