Diverzify Welcomes Respected Industry Leaders to Key Leadership Roles

New leaders bring decades of experience in financial operations, commercial flooring and strategic business development.

ATLANTA, GA - October 29, 2026 - Diverzify, a leading national provider of commercial flooring and interior services, announced three key leadership appointments, welcoming Todd Whitbeck as Chief Financial Officer; Jason Hyder as Regional President of the Mountain West; and Bryan Thompson as Director of Strategic Contracts.

Together, these leaders bring complementary strengths that support Diverzify's commitment to operational excellence, strong local leadership, deeper customer relationships and making the most of its nationwide network to better serve customers.

Todd Whitbeck | Chief Financial Officer

Whitbeck brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience, with a career that balances the project discipline of construction with deep roots in facility services. He has a strong track record of improving business performance, building high-performing teams and supporting organizational growth.

Most recently, he served as CFO of a growing network of HVAC, plumbing and electrical service businesses. As CFO of Diverzify, Whitbeck will focus on strengthening financial performance, supporting operational excellence and building the financial infrastructure needed for long-term growth, drawing on his experience in both project-based and recurring service work.

Jason Hyder | Regional President, Mountain West

Hyder joins Diverzify with more than 20 years of experience in commercial flooring and interiors, including more than 13 years with Shaw Contract, where he served as Regional Vice President.

Throughout his career, Hyder has earned a strong reputation for developing talent, building collaborative cultures, and driving business growth. In this newly created role, Hyder will work closely with Diverzify's local leadership teams throughout the Mountain West to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, identify growth opportunities and support continued regional success.

Bryan Thompson | Director of Strategic Contracts

Thompson brings nearly 20 years of commercial flooring experience spanning sales, business development and strategic contract management. Throughout his career, he has built strong customer relationships and helped organizations expand their market presence.

In this newly created role, Thompson will focus on maximizing the value of existing purchasing agreements, identifying new opportunities and helping customers more easily access Diverzify's nationwide flooring and interior services capabilities.
