Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.810(b) - (d) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing tideland lease issued to North Pacific Rim Housing Authority (NPRHA) for an additional 30-year term for an oil spill response dock located near Tatitlek, Alaska. The location of the lease is further described as being within Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska, within Alaska Tidelands Survey No. 1483, containing 9.64 acres, more or less, according to the survey plat recorded in the Valdez Recording District on September 21, 1994, as Plat 94-5.
