Damian Vanetti Earns Feinstone Environmental Award
Geosyntec was a presenting sponsor of the 2026 Feinstone Environmental Awards ceremony, where Damian received the award, on October 22.
About Damian
Damian is a Senior Principal Engineer based in New York with more than 35 years of experience focused on environmental engineering, remediation, solid and hazardous waste management, brownfield redevelopment, and environmental compliance. In addition to his wide-ranging technical expertise, Damian brings decades of experience leading large and complex remediation and development projects, negotiating contracts, conducting environmental reviews, and managing permitting and regulatory approvals. He is also Senior Services Director for Environmental Assessment, Remediation, and Management for Geosyntec's Northeast Operations.
About the Award
The Feinstone Awards program recognizes leaders who care for the environment, encourage volunteering, and help society understand environmental issues and their solutions. Through more than 100 awards, the program has honored people from across the United States for their significant contributions to protecting the environment and promoting volunteerism.
