November Term of Court Via Zoom Due to Shutdown

Due to the ongoing government shutdown, all oral arguments scheduled for the week of November 17, 2025 ("November Term") will take place via Zoom for Government. All November-Term arguments will take place via Zoom even if an appropriation is enacted and the shutdown ends before November 17, 2025.

Counsel scheduled to present oral argument will receive a Zoom-meeting link later this week. Arguing counsel are encouraged to view the court's video guide to presenting oral argument via Zoom, which is available here.

Only counsel who are presenting argument may join the Zoom meeting. Arguing counsel must log in to the Zoom meeting at least 45 minutes before arguments are scheduled to start. Zoom arguments will proceed in the order listed on the argument calendar, which is available here.

Oral arguments will be live-streamed (audio only) via the court's YouTube page.
