'Blake Is Back': Watch Blake Shelton Return To 'The Voice' In Teasers For '30th Season Celebration'

Blake Shelton is heading back to The Voice to celebrate the show's milestone 30th season.

Shelton was one of the original coaches when the long-running competition series premiered in 2011. He went on to make history by serving as a coach for a record 23 season over the course of 12 years, and became the winningest coach of all time. Shelton stepped down in 2023 to spend more time with his family, including wife Gwen Stefani, whom he met on the show in 2014. He and the pop megastar confirmed their relationship in 2015, got engaged in 2020, and got married in 2021 on Shelton's ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Shelton has since embraced his role as stepfather to Stefani's three sons.

The Voice's 30th season will include returning coaches Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson, plus first-time coaches Queen Latifah and Riley Green. The new season is slated to make its debut on Monday (September 21).

"We're ready to break the internet," reads a caption on Instagram as The Voice and Shelton shared a clip teasing the country star's return. Other sneak peeks show Shelton and Stefani catching up with host Carson Daly and OG coaches Levine and Cee Lo Green. The group reunited for "a one-of-a-kind coach roundtable " as part of The Voice: 30th Season Celebration. The special will air on Thursday (September 17) at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT on NBC. It will be available to stream the following day on Peacock.
