State v. Mark Delisle Indictments
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Hillsborough County Grand Jury in Manchester, New Hampshire has returned indictments against Mark Delisle, age 33, in connection with the stabbing death of Yan Leek, age 36, in Manchester on January 20, 2026.
Mark Delisle has been indicted on one count of Second-Degree Murder for knowingly causing Mr. Leek's death by stabbing him and an alternative count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing the death of Mr. Leek under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life by stabbing him.
Mr. Delisle is scheduled to be arraigned on these charges on May 4, 2026, in the Hillsborough County Superior Court - Northern District.
The charges and allegations against Mark Delisle are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
