Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised a banking consortium led by Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale - (Nord/LB) on the refinancing of the existing financing of Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft in an amount of €36 million.
Nord/LB acted as mandated arranger, bookrunner, documentation agent and agent. A key feature of the transaction was the refinancing through a newly constituted consortium comprising Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale -, Deutsche Kreditbank Aktiengesellschaft and TARGOBANK AG. The loan agreement was signed on April 20, 2026.
Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Haselünne, is a listed German beverage company. The group operates in the spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and fresh juice systems segments and is one of Germany's most established beverage producers with a portfolio of well-known brands.

Austrian banking law advice was provided by Herbst Kinsky Rechtsanwälte GmbH (Christoph Wildmoser and Alexander Essig).
