Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds Public Notice – CMHA 2026 Annual Plan - Outhwaite Homes Rehabilitaiton and Repairs Electrical, Masonry, Roofing
In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the 2026 Annual Plan for Outhwaite Homes Rehabilitation and Repairs for Electrical, Masonry, and Roofing is now available for public comment. The project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds.
This project is managed by the the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. This project will service existing affordable housing within the City of Cleveland.
The environmental review record (ERR) for this project is available upon request at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave or at https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews. The full legal notice is attached below.
