Collinson Group Shortlisted for Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance Award 2026

The Collinson Group has been shortlisted for the Staff Empowerment Award in the Insurance Post Diversity & Inclusion in Insurance Awards 2026.

The awards celebrate individuals and organisations making significant contributions to the insurance industry's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Sponsored by the Insurance Culture Awareness Network, they aim to recognise those leading the transformation in the industry and cover various categories, including LGBTQ+ Champion of the Year and Women in Insurance, highlighting the diverse efforts taking place within the sector.

During LGBTQ+ Pride Month, the Collinson Group ran a campaign which included learning sessions, amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and experiences to encourage equity for all employees.

The Group also actively supports a wide range of employee networks, so that everyone is valued and heard. This is reinforced by ongoing investment in inclusive leadership and EDI initiatives.

The prestigious awards will be held on 17^th of November at the Underglobe in London's Southbank.
