Celerity Partners Completes Investment in Total Care RX
Celerity Partners is pleased to announce that it has completed an investment in Total Care RX, Inc., a New York-based pharmacy servicing specialty, long-term care and retail patients including for organ transplant, Cystic Fibrosis, HIV and oncology.
Celerity partnered with Bob Hopkins and Bill Donnelly of Total Care, their management team and Rick Katz, the founder and former CEO of Modern Health, to expand the platform into additional geographies, therapeutic areas and services both organically and through add-on acquisitions.
