WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Novant Health has once again been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers by State for 2026, marking the eighth consecutive year the health system has earned the distinction.
This recognition underscores Novant Health's commitment to creating an outstanding workplace experience by expanding opportunities for career advancement and supporting team members' mental, physical and financial well-being.

According to Forbes, the rankings are developed based on an independent survey of more than 245,000 employees who work for companies with at least 500 employees. The survey, conducted over a three-year period in partnership with Statista, and open to employers across all industries, generates approximately two million evaluations assessing workplace environment, compensation and benefits, opportunities for growth and overall employer reputation.
