During the period 21 September 2026 - 25 September 2026, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB(publ) (LEI code F3JS33DEI6XQ4ZBPTN86) repurchased own Class A shares (ISIN: SE0000148884) for capital management purposes as follows:

The share repurchases are a part of the SEK 1.25bn share buyback program running between 16 July and 20 October 2026. The share buyback program is executed in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange by Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on behalf of SEB. A full breakdown of the transactions is attached to this announcement.

Following the repurchases above, SEB holds 18,118,393 own Class A shares for capital purposes and 22,741,499 Class A shares for the bank's long-term incentive program. The total number of issued shares in SEB amounts to 1,985,461,084.

Share repurchases under the share buyback program may be temporarily halted for SEB's repurchases of shares for SEB's long-term incentive program.
