The DNC is all hands on deck to win the crucial New Jersey elections in '25 and '26, deploying a total of $3 million in the state so far
Today, with less than two months until Election Day and mail-in voting in New Jersey beginning on Saturday, the DNC announced an additional investment of $1.5 million to support the New Jersey Democratic Party's coordinated campaign. This new investment is on top of the $1.5 million investment already made by the DNC earlier this year, marking the most the DNC has ever spent in New Jersey in an off-year election cycle.
The November 2025 elections are the moment for New Jerseyans to fight back against the Trump administration and fight for working families in every corner of the state. That's why the DNC is all hands on deck to ensure Democrats hold the Governor's Mansion, expand in the state Assembly, and win at the local level in November.
Today's announced investment will support the New Jersey Democratic Party's activities this year and next, including:
Since the November 2025 election, Democrats have overperformed or won in 42 out of 43 key elections this year. Americans across the country are sick and tired of Trump and Republicans selling working families out so billionaires can get another tax cut. New Jerseyans have an opportunity to send Trump and his billionaire backers a message by voting for Democrats up and down the ballot.
DNC Chair Ken Martin issued the following statement:
"Republicans like Jack Ciattarelli have put their blind allegiance to Donald Trump ahead of the needs of New Jersey families, even as the disastrous Republican agenda spikes costs, slashes jobs, and threatens health care access across New Jersey. With stakes this high for New Jerseyans, the DNC is all in to support Democrats up and down the ballot who have a proven record of delivering results for New Jersey. With a historic total of $3 million now invested in the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign, the DNC is organizing everywhere to elect strong, commonsense leaders like Mikie Sherrill and those at the local level who will stand up to Trump while tackling affordability, improving health care, and bringing down housing costs."
